Been a while 09/05/2012

Well, it has a been a while since I blogged and I have had some website problems too as well which hasn't helped. I have been really busy for the last three months and have not had much time to get on the machines either however I have had some FANTASTIC results for my clients in this time. A huge proud beam goes out to the lovely Mia today as she has lost 30+ cms in NINE sessions. So, so proud of her :-)

Here is a picture of my two Hypoxi apples at a recent event we were invited to; to spread the Hypoxi word :-)

Well, I am three sessions in to my first course of Vacunaut and I am feeling great already! So much more energy and my trousers have loosened so I can breathe in again. Sleeping better too - which is a bonus. This week has been mad busy and we have met some really nice people who have all started new courses. I cant wait to see their half way results. I am going to figure out how to post a picture of me strutting my stuff on the treadmill to encourage you all. Tony still not started yet... Got to get him on!

So, here we are the second week of January and its all go, go, go for us here at the Hypoxi Therapy Centre in Surbiton. After relentless nagging from my hubby and certain customers (you know who you are, LOL) I have started back on my first course of 18 sessions on the Vacunaut machine. The last time I did any Hypoxi courses was five years ago and I went from a size 16 to a lovely size 10 in three back to back courses of 12. So, I am happily awaiting a new wardrobe after this lot :-) Having said this I have told Tony that as its his fault I have ballooned again due to us getting married and becoming more complacent that he too needs to start and develop that washer-board stomach for me :-) I will post pictures on his progress and keep you up to date with mine :-)

I am Helen Crewdson, Managing Director of Hypoxi Therapy Ltd and I run the Hypoxi Therapy Centre in Surbiton. I really love being able to help people and achieve their weight and health goals. I am an ex NHS Project Manager and I have a strong affiliation with special needs, mental health issues and Autism and I am involved in lots of groups. I have two beautiful daughters: Jade and Daisy and we are very fortunate to live right next to Hampton Court with our wonderful dog: Yogi and our two cats: Pickle and Shadow. Yogi can often be seen and petted inside the studio in Surbiton and our customers love him as much as we do :-)
